Endurance!
After retiring, my goals were endurance, fitness, flexibility and fun. I working with Sam about six months ago and she guided me to success . My endurance improved from 16 to 11 minutes/mile. Fitness and flexibility significantly reduced shoulder problems. The fun of lifting, running intervals, and box jumps was the most surprising. I’m very grateful to Sam for revitalizing me.

Preparation!
I joined this gym to prepare for military basic training. Sam provided me with a plan, supervised my progress and was incredibly encouraging. I am very grateful for her help, and now have had a very successful start to my Air Force career"

Injury Healed!
I worked out with Sam after a back injury, it's been 3 years and now my back is great and I'm so much stronger and fit! Sam always comes in motivated with new workouts, never the same and never boring. Knowing our weak areas, Sam is watchful that we don't re-injure. She will make you work harder that you thought possible and have fun while doing it.

Ironman!
Thank you so much for helping me complete my first half ironman! 🙂 Your coaching got me feeling ready to go and I was so proud when I crossed the finish line! I love/hate with the hill repeats you had me do, but it was worth it and motivating the day you were there with me on a run encouraging me through them! Thanks for helping me challenge myself and achieve this goal, it was awesome!!
