Summer is finally here and so is Bootcamp! Bootcamp at Mermaid Fitness is a high intensity, full body workout class for everyone. These workouts allow participants to really challenge themselves, while also having fun in the process. Kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls, conditioning ropes and body weight movements create a diverse program that will leave you feeling refreshed, energized and probably sore… in a good way!
